Terms of Service
1. Service Description
VYROZE is a web and iOS application that helps personal trainers track their students, session plans, and payment statuses. The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability but use reasonable efforts.
2. Account Creation and Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate and current information at registration. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Account sharing is prohibited. Keeping your password secure is your responsibility.
VYROZE is not intended for individuals under 16; by registering, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Free Plan: free, 3-student limit, no time restriction.
Gold Plan: unlimited students. $0.99/month or $9.99/year (17% discount on annual). Gold is sold only via the iOS app through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
Auto-Renewal: the Apple subscription renews automatically. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, the subscription fee will be charged to your Apple ID account.
Cancellation: you may cancel anytime via iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. After cancellation, you continue to enjoy Gold features until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: all refund requests are handled by Apple Support (reportaproblem.apple.com). VYROZE cannot process refunds directly.
4. Notifications
As part of the service, the app sends transactional emails (password reset, subscription updates) and push notifications (daily session summary at 08:00 and 1-hour-before reminders). You can disable push notifications anytime from iPhone Settings > Notifications > VYROZE.
5. Prohibited Uses
The following are prohibited: uploading illegal content, spam, unauthorized collection or upload of others' data, reverse engineering, abusing the service with automated tools, attempts to block other users' access. In case of violation, the account may be closed without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The VYROZE brand, logo, software code, and design belong to VYROZE. User-generated content (student lists, notes) belongs to the user; VYROZE processes this content solely to deliver the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VYROZE is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost revenue, or lost profits. Independent backups are recommended.
8. Account Termination
You can delete your account from inside the app (Settings > Delete My Account). For 30 days you may request restoration; afterwards data is permanently deleted. VYROZE also reserves the right to close accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and active users will be notified by email. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts. Contact: support@vyroze.com
